Planning and Research

The Vance-Granville Community College (VGCC) Planning and Research Department provides direction for college-wide planning and assessment activities for continuous improvement, accreditation compliance with the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges, a variety of reports submitted annually to the North Carolina Community College System, grant writing and administration, and institutional research and reporting.

2023-2024 Statistical Data

Graduates (7-1-23 thru 9-16-24):

70 Diplomas, 226 Certificates, and 472 Degrees have been conferred during the 2024 Graduation year as of September 16, 2024.

Enrollment Estimates (Summer 2023, Fall 2023, and Spring 2024):

Enrollment Estimates are shown on three stacked books that get bigger as you go down the stack. The smallest book reads 617 for Basic Skills, 3,938 for Curriculum, and 4,118 for Continuing Education.
