Need Help Enrolling? VGCC is on the Way!

To help prospective students get ready for the Fall 2023 semester, Vance-Granville Community College will hold Enrollment Day in Henderson on Thursday, June 22.

This event will differ from similar ones in the past in one major way. Rather than inviting potential students onto one of VGCC’s four campuses, college representatives are taking their services out into the community—Henderson’s Perry Memorial Library, to be specific.

VGCC faculty and staff will be at the library from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. that day to provide information on the enrollment process, academic programs, and student support services, including financial aid. Advisors will be available to help students register for Fall semester classes, which begin on Monday, August 14. Both 8-week and 16-week classes will be available.

VGCC will offer a new student orientation session on the college’s Main Campus at 10 a.m. on June 22 as part of Enrollment Day. New students may also complete orientation in an online format or in-person on a different day.

Perry Memorial Library is located at 205 Breckenridge Street in downtown Henderson. VGCC’s Main Campus is located on Poplar Creek Road in Vance County (between Henderson and Oxford) at the intersection with Interstate 85 (Exit 209).
